■The 10-meter SAC has the largest turntable in diameter(14m) in China, it has a built-in 3-Axle dynamometer. The maximum loading capability of such combination is 36 ton. Which is enough to satisfy the testing need for passenger and commercial vehicle, even for articulated buses up to 18 meters long. The turntable also integrated with quick-accessing charging ports, with the hardware to easily retrofitted from Chinese domestic standard to EU, US and Japanese standard.
■As for EMC testing capability, for RE testing, the frequency range can go up to 6.2 GHz, for RI testing the field strength can go up to 200V/m. It can cover national compulsive standards and mainstream international standards such as ECE, IEC and ISO. Meanwhile such capability is well enough to satisfy the diversified customizing test needs of our client. In addition to above-mentioned general testing, we also focus on doing scientific research innovation and capacity development about ICVs and any other new frontier of the industry. ■Our motor loading chamber has the first Ultra high dynamic range motor loading test bench. It is equip with a dual-axle(high torque and high speed mode) designed Ultra high dynamic range motor dynamometer. It can satisfy the different test scenario for both passenger and commercial vehicle. We also have a two-way battery simulator with the maximum test range up to 1000V/±600A, a single phase and three phase alternating power supply and oil and water dual way cooling system.
■Our motor loading testing capability can covers the testing needs of most domestic and international enterprises. At present, we have undertaken high-speed aviation motors, high-power&high-torque motors, high-voltage motors to meet GB/T 18655(CISPR 25) class 5, all-in-one drive motor system and other complex R&D projects.

The high-voltage SAC is equipped with DC1000V/200A and DC1000V/300A dual-channel filters and 1000V/±200A two-way power supply, feedback grid type load, in order to meet the charging, discharging and other component test requirements
