■The Light-duty Emissions test chamber has a high-low temperature environmental chamber with a temperature range of -40~60℃, a four-wheel drive chassis dynamometer (wheelbase adjustment range of 1800~4200mm, simulated inertia of 454~6350kg, maximum test speed 260km/h), light-duty emission analysis system, full spectrum sunlight simulation system (provide 6000mm×2500mm irradiation area, radiation intensity range of 600~1200W/m2), portable emission measurement system and other equipment.
■It mainly undertakes light vehicle emission, fuel consumption, real driving emission, OBD, emission durability, energy saving effect evaluation, environmental simulation, high-low temperature driving mileage, etc. The laboratory has the ability to comprehensively cover light vehicle emission testing, certification, and research and development services in accordance with European standards, American standards, etc.

■The Evaporation test chamber is equipped with evaporation shed (dimensions: 8m*3m*3.1m), BWC canister loading system, canister effective volume test system and other equipment, mainly responsible for light vehicle evaporation emissions, refueling emissions, canister test and other mandatory inspection tests and R&D verification tests. The laboratory has the ability to provide certification and R&D services for evaporative and refueling emissions testing of light vehicles, covering European standards, American standards, etc.

The laboratory has the ability of electric vehicle energy efficiency testing and certification and research and development services, covering European standards, American standards, etc.

■The Heavy-duty Emissions Laboratory is equipped with a heavy-duty four-wheel chassis dynamomete, a vehicle environment chamber of high and low temperature with a temperature range of -40~60℃, two portable vehicle emission test system, a road performance tester, a fuel consumption meter and other equipments. The test vehicle type include all series of diesel vehicles, heavy-duty electric vehicles, and heavy-duty fuel cell vehicles. The scope of detection capability includes the announcement, operation and other national mandatory standards; and meet the emission fuel consumption, endurance energy consumption, environmental simulation and other certification and research and development test needs. The Laboratory also has the ability to undertake the supervision and inspection work of new cars and in-use vehicles of the ecological environment authorities.

■The Powertrain Laboratory has a number of test cells equiped with CVS sampling system or direct sampling system, with complete and comprehensive test abilities of mobile power sources (including automotive diesel engines, gasoline engines, gas engines, off-road engines, marine engines, etc.) emission and fuel consumption for certification and R&D services.
■The laboratory can carry out certification tests including heavy vehicle engine emission, OBD verification, off-road engine emission, NCD and PCD verification, engine net power verification, SBC Catalyst aging and marine engine emission. The laboratory can carry out calibration and R&D tests including engine emission calibration, OBD verification, post-processing matching verification, durability verification, power calibration.
