■The vehicle crash test capability covers global crash standards and regulations and Euro/ASEAN/LATIN/US New Car Assessment Programme.100% frontal rigid barrier collision, 40% offset collision, 25% offset collision, MPDB car-to-car collision, lateral collision, side-pole collision, center-pole collision, rear-end collision,low speed collision,new energy vehicle battery pack bottom crash, indoor error effect tests,EDR crash test,ECALL verification and other collision forms can be carried out.Additionally, it has the ability to carry out collision safety research and development tests of other types of vehicles such as new energy buses and N1 trucks.

The slide collision test capability covers various global standards and regulations and Euro/ASEAN/LATIN New Car Assessment Programme for automotive component level crash testing.Besides,it is equipped with a set of tooling quick disassembly system,which can effectively deal with new energy components test such as battery pack fire and other emergency situations.
■The slide collision test capability covers announcement access,3C mandatory inspection, export certification and commissioned research and development test. Door lock resistance inertia force, dynamic internal fittings, luggage impact,dynamic test of veichle seat and school bus seat strength, cylinder strength, battery pack impact and other mandatory inspection project can be carried out.Additionally,component evaluation projects of Euro/ASEAN/LATIN New Car Assessment Programme such as whiplash test, knee mapping and farside remote airbag evaluation project,other unconventional test project such as restraint system matching,seat forward backward impact, seat anti-diving, luggage rack impact, fuel tank impact, high-speed rail seat strength, flying car seat strength can also be carried out.

■The pedestrian protection test capability covers UN R127,Euro New Car Assessment Programme,including adult headform, child headform, flexible legform, TRL legform, aPLI leg form tests.The static energy absorption,internal fittings and steering column injury to the driver test of UN R21,passenger anti-throw test of FMVSS 226, side air curtain pressure retention research and development test of NCAP can also be carried out. With a variety of self-developed test equipment facilities, it can meet a variety of pedestrian protection research and component development requirements, the cooperation service customers basically cover the automobile enterprises in South China.
