Flying Car

■With a maximum length of about 1.4 kilometers and a height of 300 meters, it covers an area of about 300 acres and can conduct flight tests for large medium and small drones and flying cars.

■Runway for take off and landing:Length of about 1000m, width of 50 m, professionally hardened surface, design speed 150 km/h.


■Testing capabilities:

(1) Power testing: Covering product testing of electric drive assembly, power battery, charging and discharging of flying cars, commissioned product inspection and testing capability for export certification,and can carry out testing business including system component device performance and reliability testing of electric drive assembly, and charging and discharging performance, safety performance, environmental adaptability, and mechanical reliability of the power battery monomer-system.

(2) EMC testing: Capable of conducting the whole vehicle testing, motor loading, high and low voltage components of flying car, with the taylor-made ability to suit any R&D needs including conduct EMC testing for vehicle charging, vehicle radiation emission, conduction emission, radiation immunity, highvoltage electrical performance, transient immunity testing, electrical load testing, complex electromagnetic environment, whole vehicle intelligent network EMC and rectification testing。

(3) Airframe testing: Capable of conducting NVH, reliability, strength, rigidity, mode experiment, durability, and weather resistance testing at the whole machine and component level, as well as material chemistry testing and electronic and electrical research and development testing for automobiles and aviation.

(4) Safety crash testing: Capable of conducting  vehicle crash, sled crash, pedestrian protection, vehicle active passive integrated safety  test, as well as seat vertical  drop and vehicle roll tests.
