■The New Energy Testing and Research Department carries out mandatory regulatory inspections and R&D validation tests for key system components such as power battery, drive motor, charging device, fuel cell, etc. for new energy vehicle energy system, drive system and supplemental energy system, and gradually extends its services to the field of energy storage and charging infrastructure. The laboratory has the ability to provide testing services for the national standard and mainstream European, American and Japanese standards for the three electric systems of new energy vehicles. Relying on the rich testing resources of the laboratory, the laboratory continues to carry out research on common technologies of key components of new energy vehicles and development of testing methods, and is committed to providing high-level one-stop technical services for the whole value chain of new energy vehicle industry chain enterprises.
■In the field of power battery, the laboratory has established four test platforms for power battery performance, safety and reliability evaluation indexes in all dimensions, namely, the power battery full life cycle performance test platform, the power battery system safety quantitative evaluation platform, the power battery management system calibration and intelligent test platform and the power battery reuse comprehensive service platform. For the field of drive system testing, the laboratory has a comprehensive test platform for electric motor control and key components, and a comprehensive test platform for electric motor control and key components, as well as a comprehensive test platform for electric motor control and key components. For the field of drive system testing, the laboratory has a motor electric control and key components comprehensive test platform and an electric drive assembly comprehensive test platform, respectively for the drive motor or power assembly and electric control system to carry out output performance, environmental adaptability and mechanical reliability testing services; in the field of conductive charging, the laboratory has a conductive charging and discharging test platform for electric vehicles, a wireless charging test platform and a platform for the verification of key technical indexes of power exchange system. Focusing on the cutting-edge development areas of high-power charging and European and American standard charging test, the laboratory has carried out in-depth research and formed a perfect test system. In the field of fuel cell, the laboratory has established the testing capability of fuel cell engine system, and can carry out the fuel cell engine with load test within 200kW.

■The energy system environmental adaptability testing platform is equipped with temperature and humidity chambers, temperature impact chambers, salt spray chambers, high-altitude chambers, 10-ton four comprehensive vibration test system, 20-ton four comprehensive vibration test system, mechanical impact test benches and other battery cells, modules and system environmental adaptability equipment.

■The charging system evaluation has the testing and verification ability for new energy vehicle charging systems (AC/DC charging systems, communication systems, high-voltage accessories) and power supply equipment (AC/DC charging piles).
■We have obtained various qualifications including new product identification, mandatory product certification, voluntary product certification, and commissioned product research and development verification.
■The conductive charging testing platform can meet the requirements of national standards and regulations for conductive charging control guidance, interoperability, communication protocol and communication protocol consistency testing.
