■The New Energy Testing and Research Department carries out mandatory regulatory inspections and R&D validation tests for key system components such as power battery, drive motor, charging device, fuel cell, etc. for new energy vehicle energy system, drive system and supplemental energy system, and gradually extends its services to the field of energy storage and charging infrastructure. The laboratory has the ability to provide testing services for the national standard and mainstream European, American and Japanese standards for the three electric systems of new energy vehicles. Relying on the rich testing resources of the laboratory, the laboratory continues to carry out research on common technologies of key components of new energy vehicles and development of testing methods, and is committed to providing high-level one-stop technical services for the whole value chain of new energy vehicle industry chain enterprises.
■In the field of power battery, the laboratory has established four test platforms for power battery performance, safety and reliability evaluation indexes in all dimensions, namely, the power battery full life cycle performance test platform, the power battery system safety quantitative evaluation platform, the power battery management system calibration and intelligent test platform and the power battery reuse comprehensive service platform. For the field of drive system testing, the laboratory has a comprehensive test platform for electric motor control and key components, and a comprehensive test platform for electric motor control and key components, as well as a comprehensive test platform for electric motor control and key components. In the field of fuel cell, the laboratory has established the testing capability of fuel cell engine system, and can carry out the fuel cell engine with load test within 200kW.
